Owners Brett and Andy always loved traveling together when their schedules would allow. One morning, Brett called up Andy asking him to be at Brett's house that afternoon with a suitcase in hand. "We are going to Santiago Chile," he said.
Once there, several vineyard visits led to a light lunch at Terramater – where little did they know their lives would change forever. They discovered the delicious flavors of Petralia olive oil.
On the flight home, they couldn't stop talking about how incredible this olive oil tasted, and upon returning to the U.S., they set out to bring that unforgettable flavor to the communities around them – thus forming B&A Imports. This new company's sole purpose was to bring Petralia olive oil to the U.S., and with years of astounding responses, they are happy they did. They are thrilled so many people cherish the same noteworthy flavor that filled Brett & Andy's senses on that little day in Santiago Chile.
